When you buy any content from ShineGRO app you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and the conditions covered below.

Cancellation & Refunds: Training

We understand that you can change your mind but there is no change to refund your money anyhow after 2 days of registration or purchase. If the cancellation is done by the customer within 2 days of registration, 100% of course fee paid will be refunded. If the cancellation is done by the customer after 2 days of registration no refund will be made. (no return of 2% transaction charges or any taxes)

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
